Usage: SET STATUS_VOICE <text of display for status line operator mode>
The value of STATUS_VOICE is replaced in the STATUS_FORMAT
variable for any occurence of %v if you have voice status
(either mode +v or operator status). If you are have no
voice, %v is replaced with nothing.
